‘Qwizdom has been great in terms of engaging everybody in a classroom. The students enjoy participating in lessons using the remotes, whilst Qwizdom gives our teachers some real insight into how the lesson is going through the assessment it gives us-  and this from an initial skeptic’
Manfred Audem, IT Co-ordinator, Viewbank Secondary College, VIC.

‘In my role as a primary school teacher, Qwizdom was a great way to get all my students involved in whichever lesson I was teaching.
I could ask my class their opinions, assess them on a topic and 100% of the class would give me their answers. This feedback was immediate and could be given to me as a report after the lesson had finished.
Qwizdom saved me hours in marking whenever I used it and the students loved having the technology in their hands- especially when we played the ‘Game Mode’!!
As we could use Qwizdom within Power Point, it was easy to create quizzes, sessions and enabled me to use old sessions I already had.
The ease of use with Qwizdom was a pleasant surprise; within 30 minutes of getting the kit I was able to use it with my class’
Michael Puddy, Year6, Primary Teacher.

“Since purchasing Qwizdom I have found numerous opportunities to establish fantastic interactive revision activities for year 7 to year 12 classes. In year 12 we have been able to have every past paper multiple choice question set up so students can revise in a fun yet highly engaging way. In the younger age groups we have introduced units of work with statistics gauging current understandings of the students both on a factual level as well as collecting data on student opinion to issues like mental health and drug use through the rating scale”
Simon Board, PSHE, Barker College, NSW.

Qwizdom is a technology resource that has been embraced by students and staff alike. Students have demonstrated increased engagement and enjoy using the format that Qwizdom provides for pre-knowledge and post content assessment. Our school has utilised Qwizdom for staff development days, Positive Behaviour for Learning surveys, leadership elections, Crossroads assessment, gender equity workshops, as well as for general classroom use.
This resource is truly versatile in its application across the school community.
Michael Kowalewski, Head Teacher PDHPE, Cumberland High School.

Thanks Andy – we received the remotes yesterday.  We appreciate your prompt and professional service and the kids are really enjoying making up their own quizzes at the moment.  I am getting a lot of weird and wonderful topics from “useless facts” (eg. how many hearts does an earthworm have) to sports, music lyrics, animals, computer games and much more. Its a great tool, so thanks for getting those remotes back to us so promptly.
Janet Bane, Patterson River SC.

Content delivery and assessment in classrooms is too often dull and impersonal. Qwizdom, on the other hand, makes teacher-student and student-student ineractions much more fun and engaging. Whether you’re assessing prior knowledge, or facilitating a student-led activity, Qwizdom and its effectiveness is only limited by your imagination.
Marcus Sharp, Director of Xplore, Balwyn High School.

The benefit of Quizdom is that it turns otherwise boring, low-level recall of information into a fun and engaging activity for the students. The competitive aspect of it really tunes kids in, and there are opportunities to use the students’ responses to quiz questions for spontaneous further discussion and learning. It’s a fun way to go about the important task of checking for understanding.
Mr Jonathan Heard, Year 9 Student Learning  & Wellbeing Manager, Xplore Teaching & Learning Coach, Balwyn High School.
